Vögerl Mozarella Salad

What you need:

- Field lettuce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Seeds and nuts (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, ...)
- Buffalo Mozarella WANT TO KEEP IT LIGHT? take some light mozarella instead
- ( Parmesan )
- (Pancetta)
- Dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, peper & salt

the quantity is a question of taste and calories, want to keep it light: use more lettuce and tomatoes... don't care about the calories: use lots of mozarella and parmesan to make it nice and cheesy!



What you do:

1) Heat up a pan and put in the nuts and seeds; be carefull not to burn them; when they get nicely roasted get them out of the pan.
2) clean your lettuce and tomatoes: chop the tomatoes in quarters
3) make the dressing:

2/3th olive oil

1/3the balsamic oil

some salt & peper

STIRR & SHAKE

4) throw everything together on your plates
5) rip the mozarella in chunky bite size parts and arrange them on top of the salad
(6) trow some parmezan flakes over it)
(7) dress up with some stripes of grilled panceta)
